A set of heavy duty carbon steel versatile baking sheets with a superior hard wearing reinforced Eclipse® coating with a textured surface for better browning and superior food release. Carbon Steel 1 x 40 cm baking sheet 1 x 34 cm baking sheet Oven safe up to 230°C/445°F/Gas Mark 8. Suitable for use under the grill for short periods. Not suitable for microwaves or for use on hobs. Always use silicone, heat-resistant nylon or wooden utensils. Do not use metal utensils as they may scratch the non stick surface. Always use an oven glove or mitt when handling hot bakeware. Wash in warm soapy water, or in the dishwasher. Washing in warm soapy water recommended. Do not use steel wool or metal pads. Allow the bakeware to cool before immersing in water. Care is to be taken with cooking meat products at high heats to avoid over caramelisation and sticking to the pan. PFAS Free. No 'forever chemicals' are used anywhere in this product removing their risk to your health and the environment.
