If we’re disconnecting a fridge or freezer, make sure it’s been defrosted, is free from any water and has been completely emptied. We will then take your old appliance away and dispose of it in a safe and responsible way. The award-winning recycling program includes: Product Unpacking and Packaging Recycling: At the consumer's home, we unpack the product and ensure that ALL packaging materials are recycled. Our packaging is specifically designed to be 100% recyclable. At our depots, we separate the materials into four categories: polystyrene, plastic, wood, and cardboard.
