Its water and frost resistant, and can be used on masonry, concrete or bricks. It can be drilled into once its dry, so itll stay strong. Before it fully dries, smooth it with a wet knife and wait one to two hours for the filler to dry. If the hole you are filling is deeper than 20mm, you will need to fill it with several layers.
